تأثیر یک دوره برنامه منتخب توسعه حرفه‌ای بر سواد‌بدنی ادراک شده و خودکارآمدی معلمان تربیت بدنی

چکیده
سواد ­بدنی و خودکارآمدی از عوامل مؤثر بر کیفیت تدریس معلمان تربیت­بدنی است و ارتقای این دو عامل به بهبود کیفیت تدریس کمک می‌کند؛ بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر یک دوره برنامه منتخب توسعه حرفه­ای بر سواد­ بدنی و باور­های خودکارآمدی معلمان تربیت­بدنی بود. روش پژوهش، شبه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون و گروه کنترل بود. شرکت‌کنندگان 70 معلم تربیت‌بدنی استان کرمانشاه بودند که در سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 به تدریس اشتغال داشتند. این معلمان از میان افرادی که سابقه شرکت در کارگاه‌های توسعه حرفه‌ای نداشتند، به صورت هدفمند انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (35 نفر: 18 زن و 17 مرد) و کنترل (35 نفر: 18 زن و 17 مرد) قرار گرفتند. برای گردآوری داده­ها از پرسشنامه 9 سؤالی ادراک سواد­ بدنی (سام و همکاران، 2016) و پرسشنامه 24 سؤالی خودکارآمدی معلمان (چانن-موران و هوی، 2001) استفاده شد. پس از پیش‌آزمون و تکمیل پرسشنامه‌ها، گروه آزمایش­ در یک برنامه منتخب توسعه حرفه­ای که هشت جلسه 120 دقیقه­ای برگرفته از برنامه توسعه حرفه­ای سام و همکاران (2021) بود، شرکت کردند، اما گروه کنترل هیچ آموزشی دریافت نکرد. در پایان جلسات، مجدد پرسشنامه­های سواد ­بدنی و خود­کارآمدی تدریس در بین هر دو گروه اجرا شد. داده‌ها با تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که یک دوره برنامه منتخب توسعه حرفه­ای بر سواد ­بدنی و باورهای خودکارآمدی معلمان تربیت­بدنی تأثیر دارد و این برنامه مزایای درخور‌توجهی برای محتوای دانشی مرتبط با سواد ­بدنی و باورهای خودکارآمدی آنان به همراه دارد؛ بنابراین گنجاندن برنامه‌های توسعه حرفه­ای در آموزش معلمان تربیت‌بدنی پیشنهاد می‌شود.
