تدوین الگوی مدیریت برنامه درسی پنهان در کلاس تربیت بدنی دوره متوسطه

چکیده
هدف از این تحقیق بررسی ابعاد مختلف برنامه درسی پنهان در کلاس‌های تربیت بدنی دوره متوسطه جهت مدیریت بهینه آنها بود. روش تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر داده‌ها کیفی بود که به روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. مشارکت کنندگان تحقیق ٢٠ نفر از کارشناسان، اساتید و معلمان درس تربیت بدنی استان یزد بودند. ابزار تحقیق مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته بود. از استراتژی‌های مثلث سازی، توصیف غنی، و دوستان منتقد برای اعتباربخشی به فرایند تحقیق استفاده شد. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد ابعاد اصلی برنامه درسی پنهان، شامل سه مضمون اصلی فرصت‌های یادگیری پنهان، چالش‌های برنامه درسی پنهان و راهکارهای عملیاتی برای مدیریت برنامه درسی پنهان است. در محور اول فرصت‌های یادگیری از برنامه درسی پنهان در سه بعد ١- مهارت‌های زندگی ٢- اخلاقی-فرهنگی و ٣- حرفه‌ای-تخصصی سازماندهی شدند. در محور دوم، چالش‌های برنامه درسی پنهان در چهار بعد ١- فردی و خانوادگی ٢- الگوپذیری ٣- شکاف طبقاتی و ٤- تهدیدات اجتماعی قرار گرفتند. نهایتاً در محور سوم شش راهبرد شامل ١- آموزش و توانمندسازی خانواده ٢- آموزش و توانمندسازی معلمان تربیت بدنی ٣- مدیریت بهینه کلاس درس، ٤- نقش الگویی معلم تربیت بدنی، ٥- نقش ارتباطی معلم تربیت بدنی ٦- طراحی فرصت‌های تربیتی موثر سازماندهی شدند. در مجموع وجوه مثبت برنامه درسی پنهان باید مورد توجه برنامه ریزان درسی و معلمان تربیت بدنی قرار بگیرد تا در جهت توسعه ابعاد مختلف تربیتی دانش آموزان استفاده شود و وجوه منفی باید با مدیریت بهینه کلاس درس توسط معلم، راهبری شود.
