تأثیر تعارض کار-خانواده بر عملکرد معلمان تربیت بدنی با نقش میانجی و تعدیلگر استرس شغلی

چکیده
علت اهمیت موضوع تعارض در بین معلمان تربیت‌بدنی این است که عملکرد مطلوب آن‌ها به صورت مستقیم بر سلامت جسمی و روانی دانش‌آموزان تأثیر می‌گذارد. شناخت نقش استرس شغلی نیز در این رابطه می‌تواند به طراحی مداخلات سازمانی کمک کند؛ بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر تعارض کار-خانواده بر عملکرد معلمان تربیت‌بدنی استان سمنان با نقش میانجی و تعدیلگر استرس ‌شغلی انجام شد. این مطالعه کاربردی، توصیفی-همبستگی، مقطعی، پیمایشی و همبستگی از نوع مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه آماری همه معلمان تربیت‌بدنی استان سمنان در سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 بود (300 نفر). حجم نمونه براساس نظریه کلاین (2014) و تعداد گویه‌ها بین 100 تا 400 نفر تخمین زده شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه استرس شغلی ساراگی (2011عملکرد شغلی بیل و همکاران (2019) و تعارض نتن‌مایر و همکاران (1996) بود. روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها تأیید شد. توزیع پرسشنامه‌ها به شیوه در دسترس بود. تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزارهای آماری SPSS نسخه 23 و Smart-PLS نسخه 4 انجام شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که تعارض کار-خانواده بر عملکرد شغلی معلمان تربیت‌بدنی استان سمنان با نقش تعدیلگر استرس شغلی، تأثیر منفی و معنادار دارد و استرس شغلی نقش میانجی­گر در رابطه بین تعارض خانواده-کار و عملکرد شغلی دارد؛ یعنی بخشی از اثر تعارض خانواده-کار بر عملکرد شغلی منوط به حضور متغیر استرس شغلی است. به طور کلی، استرس شغلی به‌عنوان مکانیسم کلیدی، بخش درخورتوجهی از تأثیر منفی تعارض خانواده-کار بر عملکرد معلمان تربیت‌بدنی را توضیح می‌دهد. این نتایج بر ضرورت مداخلات چند سطحی برای شکستن این چرخه معیوب تأکید دارد.
