چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، مدل‌یابی اثر حمایت اجتماعی والدین، شایستگی ادراک شده و جو مدرسه بر لذت از شرکت در فعالیت‌های بدنی دانش‌آموزان دختر بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است و جامعه آماری آن شامل کلیه دانش‌آموزان دختر دوره متوسطه دوم (10، 11 و 12) شهرستان آزادشهر در استان گلستان (1086 نفر) بود که بر حسب فرمول کوکران، 248 دانش‌آموز به شیوه انتخاب تصادفی ساده به عنوان نمونه آماری پژوهش انتخاب شدند. جهت گرد‌آوری داده‌های پژوهش، از پرسش‌‌نامه‌های حمایت اجتماعی والدین دانکن و همکاران (2005)، شایستگی ادراک شده ژیانگ و همکاران (2003)، جو مدرسه اندرسون و همکاران (2007) و لذت از شرکت در فعالیت‌های بدنی مور و همکاران (2009) استفاده شد. روایی پرسش‌نامه‌های توسط 5 نفر از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی تأیید گردید و ضریب پایایی پرسش‌نامه‌ها با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 89/0=α، 91/0=α، 78/0=α و 81/0=α محاسبه گردید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که حمایت اجتماعی والدین، شایستگی ادراک شده و جو مدرسه بر لذت از شرکت در فعالیت‌های بدنی دختران دانش‌آموز اثری مثبت و معنی‌دار دارد. با توجه به نقش مثبت حمایت اجتماعی والدین، شایستگی ادراک شده و جو مدرسه بر میزان لذت از مشارکت در فعالیت‌های بدنی دختران دانش‌آموز: مشارکت والدین در فعالیت‌های بدنی در کنار دختران خود، حمایت والدین از برنامه‌های ورزشی مدارس، ارائه برنامه‌های ورزشی در مدارس بر اساس قابلیت‌های ورزشی دانش‌آموزان و ایجاد فرصت‌های بیشتر برای مشارکت ورزشی دانش‌آموزان دختر پیشنهاد می‌گردد.
