چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر، مدل رابطهای فرهنگ سازمانی با اخلاق ورزشی ورزشکاران نخبه ایران بود. روش تحقیق، همبستگی، از لحاظ هدف کاربردی میباشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش تمام فوتبالیستهای لیگ آزادگان کشور، فصل1396-1395، نمونه آماری 223بازیکن بصورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامههای اخلاقورزشی و محققساخته فرهنگ سازمانی، استفاده شد که روایی و پایایی آنها با روشهای رایج در تعیین اعتبار و پایایی پرسشنامه تعیین شد. برای تحلیل دادهها از روش معادلاتساختاری بهمنظور روابط علّی بین متغیرهای مشاهدهشده استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان داد بین فرهنگسازمانی و اخلاقورزشی ارتباط مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. نتایج آزمون تحلیلمسیر تاییدی حاکی از برازش ارتباط بین فرهنگسازمانی با اخلاقورزشی بود. تمامی بارهای عاملی بین مؤلفهها و عوامل در سطح معقولی قرار داشت و مدل از برازش مناسبی برخوردار و نهایتاً مدلمفهومی تحقیق تأیید شد. بنابراین بر اساس یافتهها، اخلاقورزشی بیشتر توسط ادراک ارزشمندی و تأثیرپذیری مستقیم بازیکنان از تعاملات موجود در فوتبال و اطرافیان متأثر میشود که متولیان فوتبال کشور باید در شناسایی کدهای اخلاقورزشی، نوع فرهنگسازمانی و عوامل مؤثر در انگیختگی بازیکنان فوتبال تلاش کنند.
