چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر موفقیت المپیاد ورزشی درون مدرسه‌ای از دیدگاه دبیران تربیت‌بدنی، مدیران و اولیای دانش آموزان بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی پیمایشی و جامعه آماری آن کلیه دبیران تربیت‌بدنی خراسان شمالی، مدیران مدارس و والدین دانش آموزان شهرستان مانه و سملقان (535 نفر) که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده و با استناد به درصد تناسب نسبی بین دبیران و مدیران و اولیای دانش آموزان تعداد 150 نفر در نمونه های دبیران، 50 نفر برای اولیای دانش آموزان و همچنین 50 نفر در بخش مدیران مدارس به عنوان نمونه های نهایی پژوهش انتخاب شدند. با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی شش عامل منابع فرهنگی، منابع مالی، منابع انسانی، منابع مادی و تسهیلاتی، منابع مدیریتی و منابع فناوری به‌عنوان مؤلفه‌های مؤثر بر موفقیت المپیاد ورزشی درون مدرسه‌ای شناسایی شدند و میزان اهمیت عوامل از دیدگاه آزمودنی‌ها بررسی شد. بر این اساس، بالاترین میانگین رتبه در بین مولفه ها مربوط به مؤلفه "منابع فرهنگی" و پایین‌ترین میانگین رتبه مربوط به مؤلفه "منابع فن‌آوری" می‌باشد. درنهایت با توجه به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده پیشنهاد می‌شود تا جهت برنامه‌ریزی هر چه بهتر المپیاد ورزشی درون مدرسه‌ای، به منابع فرهنگی توجه ویژه‌ای شود تا ضمن افزایش جنبه‌های مختلف سلامتی دانش آموزان به بهبود روابط اجتماعی مفید در کنار روحیه‌ی شاداب آن‌ها پرداخته شود.
