چکیده
امروزه اثربخشی مهمترین مقصد سازمانها است و دانش حیاتیترین منبع رقابت سازمانی به شمار میرود، از اینرو هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر مدیریت دانش براثر بخشی وزارت ورزش و جوانان با تأکید بر نقش میانجی خرد سازمانی بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود که با استفاده از روش معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان بود که شامل 400 نفر بودند که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد 196 نفر حجم نمونه تعیین شد که درنهایت پس از توزیع و جمعآوری دادهها تعداد 192 پرسشنامه برای تحلیل مورداستفاده قرار گرفت. ابزار گردآوری داده شامل پرسشنامههای استاندارد شده خرد سازمانی، اثربخشی سازمانی و مدیریت دانش بود که روایی آن با نظرخواهی از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی تائید و پایایی آن در یک مطالعه مقدماتی از طریق آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 86/0، 89/0 و 78/0 به دست آمد. تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها در سطح آمار استنباطی و با استفاده از معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار پی. ال. اس انجام شد. یافتهها نشان داد که مدیریت دانش بر اثربخشی سازمانی تأثیر مستقیم دارد و همچنین مدیریت دانش از طریق خرد سازمانی بر اثربخشی سازمانی بهصورت غیرمستقیم تأثیر داشت. با توجه به نتایج به مدیران سازمانهای ورزش پیشنهاد میشود که از خرد سازمانی به عنوان متغیر اثرگذار بر اثربخشی بیشتر مدیریت دانش بر اثربخشی سازمانی بهره گیرند.
