چکیده
ﺍﺷﺎﻋﻪ ارزشهای اخلاقی ﺩﺭ ﺩﻧﻴﺎﻱ ﺍﻣﺮﻭﺯ، امری ضروری است. ﻭﺭﺯﺵ ﺩﺭ ﺍﺑﻌﺎﺩ ﻗﻬﺮﻣﺎﻧﻲ، ﻫﻤﮕﺎﻧﻲ، ﭘﺮﻭﺭﺷﻲ ﻭ ﺣﺮﻓﻪ ﺍﻱ ﺑﻪ رویکرد ﺟﺪﻳﺪی ﻧﻴﺎﺯ ﺩﺍﺭﺩ، ﺗﺎ ﺑﺮﺍﺳﺎﺱ ﺁﻥ ﺯﻣﻴﻨﻪ توسعه اخلاقی و ﺭﻓﺘﺎﺭﻫﺎﻱ ﻭﺭﺯﺷﻲ ﻓﺮﺍﻫﻢ ﺁﻳﺪ. از اینرو تحقیق حاضر به طراحی الگوی ارزش های اخلاقی متناسب با ورزش ایران پرداخته است. با عنایت به ماهیت کیفی و اکتشافی موضوع، از روش تحقیق کیفی از نوع گراندد تئوری و به شیوه گلیزر (1992) استفاده شد. نمونه پژوهش را 25 نفر از نخبگان که در زمینه ارزشهای اخلاقی در ورزش دارای تخصص بودند تشکیل داد و نمونه گیری تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری ادامه پیدا کرده است. جهت تدوین الگوی پژوهش، نخست از طریق مطالعات اولیه کتابخانه ای، فهرست مقدماتی عوامل شناسایی گردید. سپس از طریق مصاحبه های نیمه ساختار یافته داده های کیفی لازم گردآوری شد. نتایج کدگذاری باز حاکی از آن بود که 58 ارزش می تواند در طراحی الگوی ارزشهای اخلاقی موثر باشد. در مرحله کدگذاری محوری، ارزش ها در 7 مفهوم طبقه بندی شد. در نهایت این مفاهیم، در سه مقوله رفتاری فردی، میان فردی (تعاملی و بین فردی) و ساختاری (سازمانی و ملی) ترکیب و الگوی نهایی ترسیم گردید. یافته های این تحقیق می تواند به عنوان مبنایی جهت توسعه ارزشهای اخلاقی در ورزش مورد استفاده نهادهای سیاست گذار امور فرهنگی و همچنین سازمانهای اجرایی ورزش کشور قرار گیرد.
