چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارائه الگویی برای تحلیل و مدیریت توسعه ورزش خانوادگی در ایران بود. روش تحقیق از نوع تحقیقات کیفی با رویکرد اکتشافی و سیستماتیک انتخاب شد. جامعه آماری شامل دو بخش جامعه انسانی (مدیران، اساتید، مربیان، و ...) و جامعه اطلاعاتی (کتابها، مقالات، اسناد، رسانهها، و ...) بود. نمونه گیری به تعداد قابل کفایت بر مبنای رسیدن به اشباع نظری به صورت قضاوتی انجام شد (19 نفر و 84 نسخه). ابزار پژوهش شامل مطالعه کتابخانهای و مصاحبههای اکتشافی چارچوبدار بود. روایی ابزار براساس اعتبار حقوقی و علمی نمونه آماری، نظر خبرگان و ضریب توافق بین مصححان کدگذار ارزیابی و تایید گردید. جهت تحلیل دادهها از روش کدگذاری چندمرحلهای و رویکرد تحلیل سیستمی استفاده شد. چارچوب پژوهش شناسایی شده شامل چهار منظر کلی؛ ظرفیتهای خانوادگی برای مشارکت ورزشی (5 بُعد و 16 مولفه)، ظرفیتهای اکوسیستمی توسعه ورزش خانوادگی (5 بُعد و 20 مولفه)، سازوکارهای مشارکت ورزشی خانوادگی (6 بُعد و 26 مولفه) و پیامدهای توسعه مشارکت ورزشی خانواگی (4 بُعد و 17 مولفه) بود. ماهیت ارتباط بین متغیرها در مدل براساس روابط علی – معلولی و تحلیل سیستمی مشخص شده است. همچنین چالشها و راهکارهای توسعه ورزش خانوادگی متناسب با چارچوب مدل تعیین گردید.
