چکیده

پژوهش حاضر به‌منظور بررسی نقش مشارکت ورزشی در تدوین الگوی جامعه‌پذیری نوجوانان انجام‌ شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را نوجوانان 13- 11 سال شرق ایران که تجربه ورزش منظم (حداقل سه بار در هفته به مدت یک ساعت و بیشتر)، حداقل در شش ماه اخیر را داشتند، تشکیل می‌دادند که 719 نوجوان به‌صورت خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردیدند. ابزار مورداستفاده در این پژوهش به‌منظور جمع‌آوری داد‌ه‌ها، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته‌ای است که بر مبنای طیف لیکرت و با 42 گویه طراحی‌شده بود. از روش معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار PLS جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های تحقیق استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که مشارکت ورزشی تحت تأثیر سه عامل نگرش‌ها، هنجارهای ذهنی و کنترل رفتار درک شده است که ازاین‌بین نگرش نوجوانان به ورزش بیشترین تأثیر را بر مشارکت ایفا می‌کند. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که هرچه میزان مشارکت نوجوانان در ورزش افزایش یابد احتمال مواجه آن‌ها با برخی ارزش‌های رایج در محیط ورزشی افزایش‌یافته و به دنبال آن راحت‌تر می‌توانند به این ارزش‌ها توجه نمایند و در خود تطابق ایجاد نمایند، به دنبال افزایش میزان توجه به ارزش‌های گروه‌های مختلف همچون خانواده، دوستان، و ... در غالب هنجارهای ذهنی شرایط را برای فراگیری این ارزش‌ها و به دنبال آن انتقال ارزش‌ها محیا می‌کنند. هرچه این آموزش و فراگیری ارزش‌ها به‌صورت عمیق‌تر صورت پذیرد، نوجوانان نسبت به این ارزش‌ها وفادار شده و آن را جذب نموده با گذشت زمان این ارزشها را جذب و بدنبال آن درونی نموده و جزئی از هویت فردی و اجتماعی او قلمداد می‌گردد.
