چکیده

هدف از این تحقیق ارائة مدل راهکارهای بهبود اثربخشی روش تدریس ورزش در مدارس ابتدایی ایران با رویکرد گراندد تئوری است. این پژوهش دارای رویکردی کیفی بوده و از روش نظریه داده‌بنیاد (گراندد تئوری) به عنوان روش تحقیق استفاده شده است. روش گردآوری داده‌ها، مطالعة مبانی نظری و مصاحبه‌های عمیق و باز با 13 نفر از اساتید برجسته حوزة مدیریت ورزشی متخصص در حوزه ورزش مدارس و همچنین معلمان ورزش نخبه کشوری است. روش نمونه‌گیری به صورت هدفمند و تا حد اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. روایی این پژوهش توسط مصاحبه‌شوندگان و سپس اساتید متخصص مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و تأیید شد. پایایی نیز با استفاه از روش مطالعة‌ حسابرسی فرآیند نتایج 9/77% به دست آمد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش مقایسة مداوم در طی سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی استفاده شده است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که داد که 23 کد مفهومی و 13 مقوله اصلی، از مهم‌ترین راهکارهای بهبود اثربخشی روش تدریس ورزش در مدارس ابتدایی کشور می‌باشد.
