چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر نیازسنجی آموزشی کارآفرینانه محور برنامه درسی علوم ورزشی در دانشگاه‌های استان مرکزی بود. فرایند نیازسنجی مبتنی بر مدل ویتکین و آلتسچود (2010) بود. روش تحقیق در دو بخش کمی و کیفی انجام شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق، دانشجویان کارشناسی و استادان علوم ورزشی و نمونۀ آماری در بخش کمی شامل 148 نفر و در بخش کیفی (پانل دلفی) 8 نفر بود. روش نمونه‌گیری در بخش کمی، تصادفی طبقه‌ای و در بخش کیفی، موارد حاد بود. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های وضعیت آموزشی کارآفرینانه، پرسشنامه اهداف برنامه درسی و نیازهای آموزشی (محقق ساخته) استفاده شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه‌ها توسط 10 نفر از متخصصان و ضریب پایایی هر یک بر اساس ضریب آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب (902/0، 90/0 و 840/0) مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که وضعیت آموزشی کارآفرینانه در برنامه درسی علوم ورزشی در استان مرکزی از دید دانشجویان نامطلوب بوده است. اولویت نیازهای آموزشی کارآفرینانه به ترتیب مربوط به نیازهای ساختاری، کارورزی و مهارت‌های کار گروهی بود. بین نیازهای آموزشی کارآفرینانه و برنامه درسی فعلی ارتباط معناداری وجود نداشت و بر اساس رویکرد دلفی و با توجه به نیازهای آموزشی به‌دست‌آمده، اصلاحات آموزشی در سه سطح دانشجویان، ساختاری و اساتید به دست آمد. درنتیجه به نظر می‌رسد نیاز به بازنگری برنامه درسی و ساختارها به‌منظور توسعه کارآفرینی ضروری باشد.
