چکیده

اهداف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر حمایت اجتماعی و کیفیت زندگی بر بهزیستی فضیلت‌گرای ورزشکاران جانباز و معلول شرکت‌کننده در مسابقات والیبال قهرمانی کشور انجام شد.
روش‌ها: پژوهش انجام شده توصیفی و طرح آن از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش کلیۀ ورزشکاران جانباز و معلول شرکت کننده در مسابقات قهرمانی کشور در سال 1398 بودند که از طریق نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، 99 نفر از میان آن‌ها انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسش‌نامه‌های کیفیت زندگی سازمان بهداشت جهانی- فرم کوتاه (1996)، بهزیستی فضیلت‌گرا (واترمن و همکاران، 2010) و حمایت اجتماعی (واکس و همکاران، 1986) بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، از آمار توصیفی و مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردید. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که حمایت اجتماعی بر کیفیت زندگی تأثیر مستقیم و معناداری داشت، کیفیت زندگی نیز بر بهزیستی فضیلت‌گرا اثر مستقیم و معناداری داشت؛ همچنین حمایت اجتماعی بر بهزیستی فضیلت‌گرا تأثیر مستقیم و معناداری داشت. نتایج بیانگر تأثیر غیرمستقیم و معنادار حمایت اجتماعی بر بهزیستی فضیلت‌گرا بواسطۀ کیفیت زندگی بود. نتیجه گیری: یافته‌ها بیانگر اهمیت نقش کیفیت زندگی به عنوان میانجی در ارتقای بهزیستی فضیلت‌گرای ورزشکاران جانباز و معلول بود؛ بنابراین ضمن تقویت کیفیت زندگی و حمایت اجتماعی می‌توان بهزیستی فضیلت‌گرای ورزشکاران را توسعه داد؛ از این‌رو سازمان‌های بهزیستی و امور جانبازان و ایثارگران و نهادهای ورزشی به عنوان متولیان حمایت از ورزشکاران معلول و جانباز می‌توانند در بهبود تعاملات اجتماعی و در نهایت بهزیستی فضیلت‌گرای این افراد نقش‌آفرینی کنند.
