چکیده
هدف از این پژوهش ارائه چارچوب تحلیلی الگوی تضمین کیفیت سیستم آموزش تربیتبدنی و ورزش در مدارس کشور بود. روش تحقیق از نوع کیفی با رویکرد تحلیل سیستماتیک میباشد. جامعه آماری شامل دو بخش جامعه انسانی (اساتید مدیریت ورزشی، معاونین و کارشناسان وزارت آموزش و پرورش و معلمان تربیتبدنی) و جامعه اطلاعاتی بود. نمونه آماری به تعداد قابل کفایت بر مبنای اشباع نظری به صورت هدفمند و دردسترس نمونهگیری و نظرخواهی گردید (16 نفر و 30 سند). ابزارهای پژوهش شامل مطالعه کتابخانهای نظاممند و مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود. روایی ابزار با استفاده از روشهای رواییسنجی کیفی مطلوب ارزیابی شد (روایی محتوایی، ضریب کاپا). از روش کدگذاری و چارچوببندی مفهومی برای تحلیل یافتهها استفاده گردید. چارچوب تحلیلی ارائه شده شامل سه بخش اصلی ورودی، فرایند و خروجی یا پیامد میباشد. بخش ورودی شامل اهداف، منابع، فرصتها و ضرورتها و فرایند شامل کیفیت مدیریت آموزش، کیفیت محیط آموزشی، کیفیت برنامه آموزشی، کیفیت امکانات آموزشی، کیفیت مدرس در فرایند تدریس، کیفیت مشارکت فراگیر، کیفیت تدریس و ارزشیابی مبتنی بر کیفیت میباشد. در نهایت پیامدهای سیستم شامل پیامدهای فردی، سازمانی و اجتماعی میباشد. بنابراین میتوان گفت که عوامل تعیین کننده در کیفیتبخشی آموزش درس تربیت-بدنی و ورزش در مدارس محدود به بخش خاصی مانند برنامهریزی کیفیت آموزش، فرصتها، ضرورتها و یا فرایندها آن نیست بلکه در سر تا سر سیستم وجود دارد و هر بخش جهت اجرای الگوی تضمین کیفیت آموزش، نیازمند یک راهبرد خاصی میباشد.
