چکیده
خودرهبری یکی از نظریات حوزه رهبری است که بر فرآیند تأثیرگذاری بر خود اشاره دارد. بر این اساس هدف پژوهش پیش رو طراحی الگوی خودرهبری ورزشکاران نخبه بود تا مشخص شود که ورزشکاران نخبه چگونه میتوانند از این پدیده استفاده کنند. پژوهش حاضر از نوع کیفی و با روش داده بنیاد کلاسیک (ظاهر شونده) اجرا شد، 19 نفر از خبرگان به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند مورد مصاحبههای نیمه ساختاریافته قرار گرفتند و با رسیدن به معیار اشباع نظری جمعآوری دادهها به اتمام رسید. مجموع روشهای کدگذاری باز، انتخابی و نظری به کار گرفته شد تا دادههای مصاحبهها تجزیهوتحلیل شود. قابلیت اعتماد یافتهها با روشهای مختلف و محاسبه ضریب توافق کدگذاری مورد تائید واقع شد. مطابق نتایج 93 کد نهایی ایجاد شد و خودرهبری ورزشکاران نخبه شامل چهار نوع کنترل شناختی (13 کد)، کنترل رفتاری (15 کد)، کنترل هیجانی (8 کد) و کنترل مدیریتی (10 کد) است که کنترل رفتاری به عنوان مقوله اصلی انتخاب شد. همچنین دو نوع محدودکنندههای محیطی و شخصی (17 کد) تأثیرات سوء بر توانایی خودرهبری افراد ورزشکار دارند که با راهبردهای (15 کد) آموزش و تقویت میتوان ظرفیتهای خودرهبری ورزشکاران را توسعه داد. در نهایت خودرهبری ورزشکاران نخبه پیامدهای مثبت سهگانه (15 کد) بهبود عملکرد، خودباروی و موفقیت را به دنبال دارد که موفقیت نسبت به دو نتیجه دیگر غاییتر محسوب میشود. یافتهها میتواند مبنای پژوهشهای بیشتر و راهنمایی برای کاربردی کردن تلقی شود.
