چکیده

هدف مطالعة حاضر بررسی و مقایسة رویکردهای انتخاب و بکارگیری معلّمان تربیت بدنی و ورزش در ایران با کشورهای آمریکا، انگلستان، ژاپن، مالزی بود. تحقیق از نوع کیفی-کاربردی و مبتنی بر رویکرد تطبیقی است. سطح مکانی تطبیق، کشورهای آمریکا، انگلیس، ژاپن، مالزی و ایران است که به شکل هدفمند انتخاب شده اند. داده­ها از طریق اسناد کتابخانه­ای، جستجو در شبکه­های جهانی، گزارش­ها و مقاله­های علمی جمع­آوری و در چهارچوب الگوی بِرِدی، توصیف، تفسیر، هم­جوار و مقایسه گردیده است. نتایج نشان داد در کشورهای آمریکا، انگلیس، ژاپن و مالزی مسئول آماده سازی معلّمان تازه کار تربیت بدنی و ورزش، کالج­ها، دانشگاه­ها، مراکز آموزشی و نهادهای اجتماعی و خصوصی هستند، در حالی­که در ایران این مسئولیت در انحصار دانشگاه فرهنگیان است. کسب گواهی صلاحیت تدریس تربیت بدنی و ورزش در کشورهای منتخب بجز ایران الزامی است. دانشجو معلّمان ایرانی، با شروع تحصیل متعهّد به خدمت­اند و به استخدام دولت در می آیند در حالی که در دیگر کشورهای مورد مقایسه، چنین نیست. وضعیت حقوق و دستمزد معلّمان در کشورهای آمریکا، انگلیس، ژاپن و مالزی از سایر کارمندان دولت مناسب­تر است، در حالی­که در ایران، از شرایط مناسبی برخوردار نیست. در مجموع معلّمان ایرانی در حوزة حقوق و دستمزد، با چالش­ها و مشکلات اساسی مواجه هستند. تدوین مسیرهای متفاوت آموزش معلّم تازه­کار تربیت بدنی، تبیین فراشدهای اعطاءِ گواهی صلاحیت تدریس، توجّه بیشتر به مهارت­های تدریس در شرایط واقعی و ارزیابی­ها، ارتقاءِ تسهیلات سخت افزاری و نرم افزاری نومعلّمان، ترمیم وضعیت اقتصادی و معیشتی معلّمان و انتفاع از ویژگیِ استخدام دائم معلّمان و شرایط شبانه روزی دوره­های دانشگاه فرهنگیان به مثابة یک فرصت ازجمله راهکارهای پیشنهادی است.
