چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه مدل کیفی عوامل موثر بر جذب خیّرین ورزش دانشجویی کشور مبتنی بر نظریه پردازی داده بنیاد اجرا شده است. روش تحقیق به شیوه کیفی و مبتنی بر نظریه پردازی داده بنیاد است. برای جمع آوری داده ها از روش مصاحبة نیمه ساختار یافته استفاده شد، که انعطاف پذیری و عمیق بودن از ویژگی های بارز آن بوده و مناسب پژوهش های کیفی است. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات به روش اشتراس و کوربین و مدل پارادایمی انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل 15 نفر از صاحب نظران و مطلعان کلیدی شامل اساتید دانشگاهی و مدیران اجرایی ورزش دانشگاهی کشور بودند که به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و گلولة برفی انتخاب شدند. در تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از تکنیک کدگذاری باز، 73 مفهوم اولیه تعیین شد که با دسته بندی این مفاهیم 58 مقوله فرعی شکل گرفت و در مرحله کدگذاری محوری، پیرامون 20 مقوله اصلی دسته بندی صورت گرفت. در قالب مدل پارادایمی، شرایط علّی (باورهای دینی، وظیفه اجتماعی، نگرش خیّرین، نوع دوستی، فرهنگ خیریه در ورزش دانشگاهی)، شرایط زمینه ای (نیازهای اجتماعی، همواربودن مسیر، حس اعتماد)، شرایط مداخله گر (جذابیت و کسب منافع)، مقوله محوری (رفتارخیرانه در ورزش دانشجویی)، راهبردها (سازماندهی، فعالیت رسانه ای، فعالیت بازاریابی، تدوین راهبرد عملیاتی، رویدادهای خیریه)، پیامدها (کمک به دولت، سلامت و تندرستی دانشجویان، تاثیر ورزش دانشجویی بر کشور، توسعه پایداری در ورزش دانشجویی) شناسایی شدند.
