چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر کارآفرینی دانش‌آموزان هنرستان‌های تربیت بدنی کشور بر پایه مدل سه‌شاخگی و اولویت‌بندی این عوامل با رویکرد تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی فازی انجام شد. این تحقیق براساس نوع جهت‌گیری و هدف پژوهشی کاربردی، از منظر ماهیت و نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها توصیفی- پیمایشی و به لحاظ نوع داده‌ها آمیخته کیفی- کمی بود که از طریق مطالعه و بررسی ادبیات موضوع و پیشینه تحقیق و همچنین از طریق توزیع پرسش‌نامه خبره و نظرسنجی از 20 تن خبره حوزه مورد مطالعه که به روش نمونه‌گیری هدف‌مند انتخاب شدند، به شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر کارآفرینی دانش‌آموزان هنرستان‌های تربیت بدنی کشور در سه شاخه عوامل رفتاری، ساختاری و زمینه‌ای پرداخت و جهت وزن‌دهی و اولویت‌بندی این عوامل از تکنیک تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی فازی چانگ استفاده کرد. نتایج تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش که در نرم‌افزار اکسل طراحی شده برای پیاده‌‌سازی و اجرای تکنیک سلسله مراتبی فازی چانگ انجام شد، نشان می‌دهد عوامل زمینه‌ای با 4 عامل اصلی و وزن 464/0 در اولویت اول، عوامل رفتاری با 6 عامل اصلی و وزن 361/0 در اولویت دوم و عوامل ساختاری با 9 عامل اصلی و وزن 175/0 در اولویت سوم عوامل مؤثر بر کارآفرینی دانش‌آموزان هنرستان‌های تربیت بدنی کشور قرار دارند.
