چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف آسیب‌شناسی ارزشیابی در درس تربیت‌بدنی دوره متوسطه انجام شد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش پیمایشی بود که با تکنیک دلفی (با دو هدف اکتشاف و تبیین روابط) انجام شد. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی شامل اسناد و منابع کتابخانه‌ای و 16 نفر از متخصصان تربیت‌بدنی و در بخش کمی، معلمین تربیت‌بدنی دوره اول متوسطه کشور بود. نمونه پژوهش، 544 نفر از معلمین تربیت‌بدنی کشور بودند که با روش نمونه‌گیری طبقاتی از 32 استان انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسش­نامه محقق ساخته‌ بود که روایی و پایایی آن مورد تأیید قرار گرفت.
بر اساس نتایج پژوهش، "شرایط اجرای ارزشیابی در مدارس" دارای بیشترین آسیب و در حد ضعیف گزارش شد و "طراحی شیوه‌نامه ارزشیابی" و "سواد ارزشیابی معلمان" در حد متوسط گزارش شد. در بخش "شیوه‌نامه ارزشیابی"، مؤلفه‌های هدف، محتوا، روش ارزشیابی و نمره‌گذاری بیشتر از میانگین فرضی، مؤلفه ارزیابان کمتر از میانگین فرضی و مؤلفه‌های اصول و ابزار ارزشیابی در محدوده میانگین فرضی قرار گرفت. در بخش "اجرای ارزشیابی"، مؤلفه‌های فضا و تجهیزات، همکاری و نظارت کمتر از میانگین فرضی و مؤلفه سازمان‌دهی بیشتر از میانگین فرضی قرار گرفت. همچنین در بخش "سواد ارزشیابی معلمان" مؤلفه‌های دانش، مهارت، تفسیر و تعامل انتقادی در محدوده میانگین فرضی قرار گرفت.
یافته‌های این پژوهش به برنامه­ریزان در رفع کاستی‌های تدوین شیوه‌نامه، به معلمان در ارتقای سواد ارزشیابی و به کارشناسان تربیت‌بدنی و مدیران مدارس در رفع کاستی‌ها و فراهم‌سازی شرایط مطلوب اجرای ارزشیابی کمک می‌کند.
