چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف مدل سازی کیفی استعدادیابی ورزش بسکتبال بر منطق تحلیل محتوای پنهان اجرا شده است. روش تحقیق به شیوه کیفی و مبتنی بر نظریه پردازی داده بنیاد است. برای جمع آوری داده‌ها از روش مصاحبة نیمه ساختار یافته استفاده شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق را کلیه اساتید و متخصصین حوزه مدیریت ورزشی و استعدادیابی و همچنین مدیران اجرایی حوزه استعدادیابی در وزارت ورزش و جوانان و فدراسیون بسکتبال ایران تشکیل داد. روش نمونه گیری به صورت هدفمند و گلوله برفی بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از فرایند کدگذاری اولیه، محوری و گزینشی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار MAXQDA18 استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد در تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از تکنیک کدگذاری باز، 452 مفهوم اولیه تعیین شد که با دسته‌بندی این مفاهیم، 19 مفهوم در خصوص تعریف از توسعه استعداد در بسکتبال ایران، عوامل علّی (5 مقوله)، شرایط زمینه ای (5 مقوله)، شرایط مداخله‌گر (5 مقوله) در تحقق نظام استعدادیابی در بسکتبال ایران وجود دارد. همچنین، 8 راهبرد (راهبردهای انگیزشی، فنی، حقوقی، مدیریتی، استراتژیک، تجهیزاتی، ساختاری و آموزشی) شناسایی و 3پیامد (پیامدهای سازمانی، اجتماعی و آرمانی) را در پی خواهد داشت. بر اساس مدل پارادایمی ارتقای نظام استعدادیابی در بسکتبال ایران و با توجه ویژه به مقولات و شاخص‌های بیان شده، میتوان به توسعه رشته بسکتبال کشور یاری نمود.
