نقش‌های مربیان در ارشادگری ورزشکاران: یک مطالعه کیفی

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش‌های مربیان در ارشادگری ورزشکاران با رویکرد کیفی بود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، در زمره پژوهش‌های کیفی و از نوع چندروشی بوده که برای کاوش مفهوم ارشادگری مربیان ورزش با یک فراترکیب، یافته‌های مطالعات جهانی و در ادامه به پشتوانه بهره‌گیری از پدیدارشناسی، تجارب زیسته مربیان ورزش در ارتباط با ارشادگری را مورد کاوش قرار داده است. طرح فراترکیب با استفاده از روش شش مرحله‌ای ساندلوسکی و باروسو انجام شد. منابع گردآوری داده‌ها، پنج پایگاه داده برای مطالعات خارجی و دو پایگاه داده به زبان فارسی بوده است، پس از گردآوری داده‌ها از روش تحلیل مضمون برای تجزیه و تحلیل استفاده گردید. طرح پدیدارشناسی با استفاده از الگوی هفت مرحله‌ای کلایزی انجام شد. ابزار مورد استفاده مصاحبه نیمه‌‌ساختمند و مشارکت‌کنندگان در این بخش 20 مربی ورزش در سال 1401بودند. برای انتخاب نمونه‌ها از رویکرد هدفمند ملاکی، تکنیک گلوله برفی و معیار اشباع نظری استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های این بخش نیز با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون صورت پذیرفت. بر اساس نتایج دو طرح، طراحی الگوی نقش ارشادگری در مهارت مربیگری مربیان ورزش در قالب سه مضمون اصلی مشتمل بر پیشرفت گرایی، اخلاق محوری و توانمندسازی شناسایی گردید. نتیجه اینکه وجود مربی مسلط بر تکنیک های ارشادگری در کنار ورزشکاران می تواند آن ها را به طرز صحیح و اصولی در جهت رسیدن به موفقیت و اهداف ورزشی و حرفه‌ای یاری نماید.
