چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر خود تنظیمی بر تبحر حرکتی و مهارت اجتماعی کودکان پیش دبستانی بااختلال هماهنگی رشدی‎ بود. روش پژوهش نیمه تجربی و از نوع طرح پیش آزمون -پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه پژوهش کودکان بادامنه سنی 7-4 سال دارای اختلال هماهنگی رشدی شهرستان بابل بود که 30 نفر از آنها به روش هدفمند انتخاب و پس از اجرای پیش آزمون به روش تصادفی ساده در دو گروه مداخله و کنترل تقسیم شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه اختلال هماهنگی رشدی ویلسون (2007)، برونینکس- اوزرتسکی (1978) و مهارت اجتماعی گرشام والیوت (1990) استفاده شد. گروه ها به مدت 16 جلسه، دو جلسه در هفته و هر جلسه 60 دقیقه مطابق با روش آموزشی تمرین کردند و در پایان هفته هشتم پس آزمون انجام شد. تجزیه وتحلیل آماری با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کواریانس و نرم افزار اس پی اس اس (نسخه22) در سطح معنی داری P≤0.05 انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که خودتنظیمی بر مهارت حرکتی درشت (0.002p= و F=0.434)، مهارت حرکتی ظریف (0.001p= و F=0.820)، مهارت حرکتی ظریف و درشت (0.0031p= و F=1.153) و مهارت اجتماعی (0.0046p= و F=0.056) اثر معنی داری داشته است. در نتیجه خودتنظیمی بر رشد حرکتی و مهارت اجتماعی موثر بوده و پیشنهاد می شود از این راهبرد برای بهبود مهارت‌های حرکتی و اجتماعی درکودکان پیش دبستانی دارای اختلال هماهنگی رشدی استفاده شود.
