ارائه الگوی سیاستگذاری توسعه فرهنگی در ورزش ایران

چکیده
این پژوهش با هدف ارائه الگوی سیاست‌گذاری توسعه فرهنگی در ورزش ایران انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر دارای رویکردی کیفی، اکتشافی و استقرایی بود که از روش نظریه داده‌بنیاد به‌عنوان روش پژوهش استفاده شد. روش گردآوری داده‌ها مبتنی بر مبانی نظری مرتبط، مطالعه اسناد بالادستی و انجام مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته براساس نظام‌نامه فرهنگی ورزش کشور، مصوب شورای عالی انقلاب فرهنگی (1395) بود. مشارکت‌کنندگان در تحقیق، 10 نفر از خبرگان موضوع بودند که به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش مقایسه مداوم طی سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد، 113 مفهوم در قالب 23 مقوله در رهیافت توسعه فرهنگی در ورزش تأثیرگذارند که از این میان چهار مقوله شرایط زمینه‌ای، چهار مقوله شرایط علی، چهار مقوله شرایط مداخله‌گر، شش مقوله راهبرد و پنج مقوله به‌عنوان پیامد استخراج شدند. یافته‌های این پژوهش به مدیران ارشد، مسئولان اجرایی و سازمان‌های مرتبط با فرایند سیاست‌گذاری توسعه فرهنگی در ورزش کشور کمک خواهد کرد تا بتوانند در راستای اجرای هر چه بهتر طرح‌ها و برنامه‌های فرهنگی تلاش کنند.
