تأثیر رهبری اخلاقی و کار گروهی بر توانمندسازی معلمان تربیت‌بدنی

چکیده
هدف این پژوهش تعیین تأثیر رهبری اخلاقی و کار گروهی بر توانمندسازی معلمان تربیت‌بدنی بود. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف، از نوع کاربردی، از حیث نوع روش، توصیفی و همبستگی با رویکرد معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل همه معلمان تربیت‌بدنی استان لرستان به تعداد 1170 نفر بود که در نیمسال دوم سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 مشغول به کار بودند. با توجه به جدول کرجسی و مورگان (1970) و ملاک­های ورود و خروج از پژوهش، 120 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه پژوهش به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه­های پژوهش پاسخ دادند. در این پژوهش از سه پرسشنامه‌ سنجش رهبری اخلاقی براون و تورینو و هریسون (2005)، پرسشنامه کار گروهی تیمی لنچیونی (2000) و پرسشنامه توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی وتن و کمرون (1998) استفاده شد. به‌منظور بررسی و آزمون فرضیه‌های پژوهش از تحلیل عاملی و رویکرد مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. یافته­ها نشان داد که رهبری اخلاقی و کار گروهی بر توانمندسازی معلمان تربیت‌بدنی تأثیر معناداری دارد. به‌طورکلی می‌توان گفت، رهبران اخلاقی با نگرش منصفانه و انسانی خود و تشویق کارکنان به کار گروهی، زمینه را برای توانمندسازی افراد با رویکردهای مختلف، فراهم کنند؛ بنابراین پیشنهاد می­شود مدیران با دادن استقلال ­و آزادی عمل بیشتر و مشارکت دادن معلمان در تصمیم­گیری­ها، زمینه‌های لازم برای توانمندسازی معلمان را فراهم آورند تا آنان در نقش خود احساس شایستگی و معناداری کنند. همچنین زمینه‌های لازم برای بروز استعدادها و خلاقیت معلمان را فراهم آورند و فضای لازم برای مشارکت آن‌ها در کارهای گروهی را مهیا کنند.
