راهبردهای توسعه اوقات فراغت فعال افراد تراجنسیتی

چکیده
این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی راهبردهای توسعه اوقات فراغت فعال برای افراد تراجنسیتی در ایران انجام شده است. روش تحقیق به‌کاررفته در این پژوهش کیفی است و از راهبرد تحلیل مضمون برای شناسایی راهبردها بهره گرفته شده است. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های عمیق با 15 نفر از اساتید، مدیران ورزشی و پژوهشگران حوزه علوم اجتماعی و بررسی مطالعات نظری موجود انجام شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار مکس کیودا 2022 و به روش تحلیل مضمون بر اساس مراحل براون و کلارک (2006) صورت گرفت. یافته‌ها نشان داد که سه راهبرد اصلی برای توسعه اوقات فراغت فعال در افراد تراجنسیتی شامل راهبردهای کلان، آموزشی و پژوهشی و اجتماعی است. راهبردهای کلان شامل حمایت قانونی و سیاستگذاری و فرصت‌های ورزشی و تفریحی است. راهبردهای آموزشی و پژوهشی به اصلاحات آموزشی، شمول گرایی و آگاهی‌بخشی و فرهنگ‌سازی اشاره دارد. راهبردهای اجتماعی نیز شامل توانمندسازی و حمایت اجتماعی، مشارکت مذهبی و اجتماعی، رفاه اجتماعی و حمایت‌های بهزیستی و مشارکت خانواده و جامعه می‌باشد. ایجاد محیط‌های فراگیر و حمایت‌کننده، تدوین سیاست‌های ضد تبعیض و آموزش عمومی در خصوص مسائل مرتبط با افراد تراجنسیتی برای ارتقای مشارکت آنان در فعالیت‌های بدنی و بهبود سلامت روانی و جسمی ضروری است. این تحقیق بر نیاز به همکاری میان سیاست‌گذاران، مربیان و جوامع محلی برای ایجاد محیط‌های ورزشی و تفریحی فراگیر و حمایتی تأکید دارد.
