چکیده
مشارکت در فعالیت‌های ورزشی علی‌رغم فواید بسیار، همواره با خطرات مختلفی نیز همراه است که در این میان مربیان از نظر حقوقی بیشترین پتانسیل را برای قبول مسئولیت‌های قانونی در قبال ورزشکاران آسیب‌دیده دارند. به همین دلیل، پژوهش حاضر با هدف سنجش دانش مربیان رشته‌های مختلف ورزشی شهر اصفهان از وظایف قانونی خود در قبال ورزشکارانانجام شده است. در این پژوهش از دو روش کمّی (توصیفی ـ پیمایشی) و کیفی (تحلیل محتوای کیفی) برای تحلیل اطلاعاتِ به‌دست‌آمده از ابزار‌های اندازه‌گیری استفاده شد. به همین منظور، تعداد 285 نفر از مربیان رشته‌های مختلف ورزشی با روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند و به پرسش‌نامه‌ای 48 سؤالی در قالب هفت مؤلفه پاسخ دادند. همچنین 35 نفر از مربیان از تمام رشته‌های ورزشی به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و در مصاحبه‌ای نیمه‌سازمان‌یافته شرکت کردند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد مربیان دانش مناسبی از هیچ‌یک از حیطه‌های وظایف قانونی خود ندارند که در این میان، عوامل جنسیت و درجة مربیگری نیز بر دانش آنان تأثیری نداشته است. در این ارتباط، سیستم آموزش مربیان با مرجعیت فدراسیون‌های ورزشی، منابع ارتقای دانش مربیان، فقدان حمایت رسانه‌ای و به‌صورت کلی دانش اندک و توجه نامناسب جامعة ورزش به مسائل حقوقی مرتبط با ورزش می‌تواند از جمله عوامل مؤثر بر دانش نامناسب مربیان از این مباحث باشد.
