چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، تعیین رابطۀ بین نقش دیگرانِ مهم و مشارکت در فعالیت بدنی و ورزش نوجوانان و ارائة مدل بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﺔ آﻣﺎری ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ را ﻧﻮﺟﻮاﻧﺎن 12 تا 18ﺳﺎﻟﺔ ﺷﻬﺮستان زرین‌شهر تشکیل داده‌اند. طبق جدول کرجسی و مورگان تعداد 381 نفر به‌عنوان نمونة پژوهش به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش، پرسش‏نامة بین‌المللی فعالیت بدنی و پرسش‌نامة محقق‌ساختة نقش دیگرانِ مهم بود. روایی پرسش‏نامة بین‌المللی فعالیت بدنی در پژوهشهای مختلف داخلی و خارجی تأیید گردیده است. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسش‏نامة دیگرانِ مهم نیز با بررسی دقیق متون و مبانی نظری پژوهش و نظر استادان و متخصصان در این زمینه تأیید گردید (10 نفر). همچنین روایی سازة پرسش‌نامه با کاربرد روش‏های مناسب آماری تأیید شد. پایایی پرسش‌نامه‌ها در یک مطالعة مقدماتی از طریق آلفای کرونباخ بررسی شد و ضریب پایایی پرسش‏نامة فعالیت بدنی 92/0 و پایایی پرسش‏نامة نقش دیگرانِ مهم 94/0 محاسبه گردید. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد بین نقش دیگرانِ مهم و سطح فعالیت بدنی و مشارکت در ورزش نوجوانان، رابطه وجود دارد. همچنین، نقش حامی والدین، نقش الگوی دوستان و نقش هم‌کنش معلمان، بیشترین همبستگی را با سطح فعالیت بدنی نوجوانان و نقش مشوق والدین، الگوی دوستان و هم‌کنش معلمان، بیشترین همبستگی را با مشارکت در ورزش نوجوانان داشت. درنهایت، نتایج آزمون مدل پژوهش نشان داد معلمان بیشترین تأثیر را در مشارکت نوجوانان در فعالیت بدنی و ورزش دارند و بعد از آن، به‌ترتیب دوستان و هم‌سالان و والدین قرار داشتند.
