چکیده
دستیابی به اهداف تربیت‌بدنی در مدارس نیازمند معلمانی شاد و دارای بهزیستی روانشناختی می‌باشد، از اینرو هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر اخلاق حرفه‌ای معلمان ورزش بر بهزیستی روانشناختی آنان با نقش میانجی خودکارآمدی بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود که با استفاده از روش معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه معلمان ورزش شهر شیراز به تعداد 611 نفر بود که حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان 240 نفر در نظر گرفته شد. درنهایت پس از توزیع و جمع‌آوری داده‌ها تعداد 228 پرسش‌نامه برای تحلیل مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. ابزار اندازه گیری، پرسش نامه استاندارد در حوزه مطالعاتی بود که روایی و پایایی آنها مورد تایید قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده در دو سطح آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی با استفاده از نرم افزار اس. پی. اس. اس، پی ال اس و لیزرل انجام شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که اخلاق حرفه‌ای بر خودکارآمدی و بهزیستی روانشناختی تأثیر مستقیم دارد و همچنین اخلاق حرفه‌ای از طریق خودکارآمدی بر بهزیستی روانشناختی به صورت غیرمستقیم تأثیر داشت. با توجه به یافته‌ها نتیجه گرفته می‌شود اخلاق حرفه‌ای معلمان تربیت‌بدنی از طریق افزایش خودکارآمدی باعث توسعه بهزیستی روانشناختی آنها می‌شود و مسئولین آموزش و پرورش جهت افزایش بهزیستی روانشناختی معلمان ورزش باید به نهادینه کردن اخلاق حرفه‌ای در آنها اهتمام ویژه داشته باشند.
