چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی راهکارهای توسعة مشارکت فرا بخشی در ورزش دانش آموزی انجام شد. روش پژوهش، از نوع تحلیل محتوای کیفی بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمام مسئولین ورزش دانش آموزی، دبیران تربیت‌بدنی باتجربه، قانون‌گذاران و شخصیت های حقیقی و حقوقی مرتبط با آموزش‌وپرورش ایران بودند. نمونه گیری به‌صورت هدفمند تا اشباع داده ها ادامه یافت. فرایند گردآوری داده ها مشتمل بر 14 مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و بررسی اسناد و مدارک مرتبط با ورزش دانش آموزی بود. تحلیل داده ها هم‌زمان با جمع آوری داده ها و به روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی با استفاده از نرم افزار مکس کیودا انجام شد. در مرحلة کدگذاری باز تعداد 62 مفهوم، 9 مقولة فرعی و درنهایت 3 مقولة اصلی استخراج شد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که سه راهکار عمده توسعة مشارکت فرا بخشی در ورزش دانش آموزی عبارت‌اند از؛ ایجاد پیش زمینه های رسمی توسعة مشارکت، فرهنگ‌سازی مشارکت و تدوین نظام مشارکت، بنابراین، توسعة مطلوب مشارکت فرا بخشی در ورزش دانش آموزی مستلزم کاربست این سه دسته فعالیت های اجرایی است که نیازمند درگیرشدن همة گروه های ذینفع است.
