چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر آموزش هوش هیجانی بر عملکرد مهارتهای هماهنگی دو دستی، تعادل و بازیافت تمرکز نوجوانان ورزشکار دختر و پسر بود. روش پژوهش حاضر نیمه تجربی و جامعة آماری آن را تمامی دانش آموزان ورزشکار 16-14 سال شهرستان شهرکرد استان چهارمحال و بختیاری تشکیل دادند. بدین منظور 92 دانش آموز (46 دختر و 46 پسر) داوطلب به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی انتخاب و به دو گروه آموزش و کنترل تقسیم شدند. برای سنجش هوش هیجانی از پرسشنامة هوش هیجانی برادبری و گریوز و برای سنجش مهارت بازیافت تمرکز از خرده مقیاس بازیافت تمرکز پرسشنامة سنجش مهارتهای روانشناختی اوتاوا-3 استفاده شد. همچنین، مجموعه ای از آزمونهای حرکتی (آزمون تعادل لک لک، تعادل پویا، آزمون پرتاب جانسون جهت ارزیابی دقت و آزمون هماهنگی دو دستی) استفاده شد. برنامه آموزش مهارتهای هوش هیجانی برای ورزشکاران نوجوان طی10جلسه انجام شد. جهت تحلیل دادهها از روشهای آماری نظیر همسانی واریانسها، آزمون کولموگروف اسمیرنوف و آزمون تی مستقل در سطح معنیداری 05/0>P استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد تفاوت معناداری بین میانگین پس آزمون دو گروه در چهار مؤلفه هوش هیجانی (خود آگاهی، خود مدیریتی، آگاهی اجتماعی، مدیریت رابطه)، و مهارت بازیافت تمرکز و عملکرد حرکتی (دقت، تعادل ایستا، تعادل پویا، هماهنگی دو دست) وجود دارد (05/0>P). بنابراین به نظر میرسد آموزش مهارتهای هوش هیجانی یکی از بخشهای مهم آمادگی حرکتی و روانی به شمار میرود که این موضوع لازمة دستیابی به اجرای بهینة ورزشی میباشد.
