چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر برخی ویژگی های شخصیتی بر روی خودسودمندی کاریابی دانش‌آموختگان رشته علوم-ورزشی بود. روش پژوهش، توصیفی-همبستگی و از نظر هدف، کاربردی بود که به‌شکل میدانی انجام شد و دانش‌آموختگان علوم ورزشی جامعة آماری بود. نمونه 360نفر بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازه گیری، پنج پرسش‌نامه استاندارد عزت‌نفس چانگ و همکاران(2018)، تحمل‌ابهام هازن و همکاران(2012)، منبع‌کنترل کساوایف و همکاران(2018)، خودنمودگری هارت و همکاران(2017) و خودسودمندی کاریابی صالحی(1394) بود. جهت روایی ترجمه از روش روایی ترجمه پیشرو –پسرو استفاده شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی به تأیید شانزده تن از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی رسید. همچنین مقدار پایایی، روایی واگرا و همگرا پرسشنامه مطلوب برآورد شد. تحلیل نتایج به روش معادلات ساختاری با نرم افزار پی‌ال‌اس و اس‌پی‌اس‌اس انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد مقدار ضریب تعیین برای سازه خودسودمندی‌کاریابی830/0 می‌باشد که مناسب بودن برازش مدل ساختاری را تأیید می‌کند. همچنین ضرایب اثر پنج عامل عزت نفس(472/0)، تحمل ابهام(123/0)، منبع کنترل(125/0) و خودنمودگری(347/0) نشان از تاثیر آنها بر روی خود سودمندی کاریابی دانش-آموختگان رشته علوم ورزشی دارد. بطور کلی دست‌آورد این پژوهش برای متولیان ورزش کشور، ضرورت تدوین سیاست‌های متناسب با ویژگی‌های شخصیتی، جهت اشتغال بیشتر دانش‌آموختگان رشته علوم ورزشی است. از طرفی دانش‌آموختگان رشته علوم ورزشی می‌توانند با مدنظر قرار دادن توانایی ها و ویژگی‌های شخصیتی خود زمینه را برای اشتغال هرچه بیشتر خود فراهم آورند.
