چکیده
هدف این پژوهش، طراحی و تدوین برنامۀ استراتژیک توسعۀ ورزش تربیتی دانشگاه ایلام با استفاده از مدل سوات و ماتریس برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک کمی بود. روش پژوهش از نوع پژوهش‌های توصیفی- تحلیلی و کاربردی است. جامعة آماری آن شامل مربیان، مسئولان کمیته‌های مختلف ورزش دانشجویی، مدیران، کارشناسان، دانشجویان فعال در ورزش و اساتید گروه علوم ورزشی دانشگاه جمعاً به تعداد 68 نفر می‌باشند. برای تعیین نمونه پژوهش از نمونه‌گیری تمام شمار استفاده شد و تمامی جامعه به مثابه نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش مصاحبه و پرسشنامه‌های محقق‌ساخته براساس مطالعه اکتشافی و بازنویسی از مبانی و مطالعات مشابه بود که روایی محتوایی آن‌ها براساس نظر متخصصان و با پایایی آلفای کرونباخ 92/0 تأیید شد. از آزمون فریدمن، روش وزن‌دهی، ماتریس ارزیابی عوامل درونی و بیرونی و ماتریس داخلی و خارجی جهت تحلیل یافته‌ها استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها منجر به شناسایی 10 نقطه قوت، 10 نقطه ضعف، 10 فرصت، 11تهدید و 19 استراتژی (5 استراتژی تهاجمی، 5 استراتژی محافظه‌کارانه، 4 استراتژی رقابتی و 5 استراتژی تدافعی) گردید. همچنین براساس ماتریس عوامل درونی (48/2) و عوامل بیرونی (53/2) وضعیت راهبردی ورزش تربیتی دانشگاه ایلام در منطقه محافظه‌کارانه قرار دارد. نتایج تحلیل سوات نشان می‌دهد که ضعف‌ها بر قوت‌ها و فرصت‌ها بر تهدیدها غلبه دارد؛ بنابراین بایستی از استراتژی‌های ثبات (شامل نگهداری و حمایت درونی) استفاده شود.
