چکیده

تحقیق حاضر با هدف تدوین مدل ارتباطی فرهنگ سازمانی و اثر‌بخشی مدیریت دانش با نقش واسطه‌ای هوش سازمانی(مورد مطالعه: دبیران تربیت بدنی استان آذربایجانشرقی) انجام شد. روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی - همبستگی بود و جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه دبیران تربیت‌بدنی استان آذربایجان‌شرقی در سال 1398 ـ 1397 که تعداد آن تقریبا1312 نفر(635 نفر زن و 677 نفر مرد) می‌باشد، تشکیل می‌دادند. نمونه آماری با توجه به جدول مورگان 302 نفر تعیین گردید که با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای از شهرستان‌های مختلف استان تعیین شد. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از سه پرسشنامه فرهنگ سازمانی کامرون و کوین(2006)، پرسشنامه مدیریت دانش رنجبر(1388) و پرسشنامه هوش سازمانی آلبرخت(2003) استفاده گردید. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های آماری توصیفی، تحلیل واریانس اندازه‌گیری‌های مکرر و مدل معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین فرهنگ‌سازمانی، اثربخشی مدیریت دانش و هوش سازمانی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد و هوش سازمانی نقش واسطه‌گری را بین فرهنگ‌سازمانی و اثربخشی مدیریت دانش ایفا می‌نماید. بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش برای موفقیت بیشتر دبیران تربیت‌بدنی استان آذربایجان‌شرقی در آموزش و پرورش، باید به فاکتورهای فرهنگ سازمانی، اثر بخشی مدیریت دانش و هوش سازمانی و مدل ارتباطی آنها توجه بیشتری شود.
