چکیده
هدف از پژوهش تحلیل رابطه بین رضایت شغلی با نشاط اجتماعی و فرسودگی شغلی دبیران تربیت بدنی و غیر تربیت بدنی استان مازندران بوده است. روش پژوهش توصیفی- همبستگی و از منظر روش جمع آوری داده ها از نوع پیمایشی است.جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دبیران زن و مرد مقطع متوسطه اول و دوم استان مازندران (16000نفر) بودند که با استفاده از جدول مورگان 384 نفر در نظر گرفته شد. نمونه ها با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای- تصادفی انتخاب شدند و داده ها با استفاده از سه پرسشنامه رضایت شغلی مینه سوتا، شادکامی آکسفورد، فرسودگی شغلی مسلش جمع آوری شد. با استفاده از نرم افزار spss نسخه 22 تجزیه تحلیل و Lisrel نسخه 8/8 مدلسازی صورت گرفت. تحلیل ها نشان داد بین نشاط اجتماعی با مطلوبیت نوع شغل، جو سازمانی، شرایط فیزیکی شغل رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد. همچنین بین فرسودگی شغلی با نظام پرداخت و شرایط فیزیکی شغل رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد. رابطه رضایت شغلی با نشاط اجتماعی مستقیم و مثبت اما رابطه رضایت شغلی با فرسودگی شغلی معکوس و منفی است. با توجه به اهمیت و نقش مهم رضایت شغلی در افزایش نشاط اجتماعی و کاهش میزان ابتلا به فرسودگی شغلی سازمان باید در تلاش باشد با فراهم کردن زمینه های ایجاد رضایت شغلی نشاط افراد را فراهم کند و کارکنان را از ابتلا به فرسودگی شغلی بازدارد.
