چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی الگوی مدیریت ایمنی در رویدادهای ورزش دانش آموزی ایران بود. روش این تحقیق به صورت کیفی و براساس رویکرد داده بنیاد به شیوه رهیافت گلیزری انجام شد. مشارکت کنندگان در پژوهش شامل 17 نفر از خبرگان آشنا با حوزة ایمنی رویدادهای ورزشی، ورزش مدارس و متخصصان مدیریت ورزشی بودند که برای مصاحبههای بدون ساختار تا رسیدن به اشباعنظری به شیوه هدفمند انتخاب شدند و دادهها به صورت همزمان با استفاده از مجموعهای از کدگذاری های باز، محوری و انتخابی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. جهت اعتبار و روایی از مقبولیت، انتقالپذیری و تأییدپذیری استفاده گردید. همچنین برای سنجش پایایی از روش پایایی بازآزمون مصاحبهها که برابر 0/85 بدست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که مدیریت تخصصی فرآیند ایمنی به عنوان مقوله محوری و شایستگی و تخصص فرهنگ ایمنی، تعهدات حرفه ای و مسئولیتها، بخشنامهها و دستور العملها، مدیریت و برنامه ریزی، مدیریت صحیح بکارگیری منابع انسانی، نگرش توسعه ورزش دانشآموزی، خدمات پزشکی و اورژانسی، وضعیت آمادگی جسمانی و روانی، تجهیزات ورزشی، مدیریت بهداشت و نظافت، استاندارد بودن فضاها و امکانات ورزشی به عنوان مقولات تاثیرگذار در الگوی مدیریت ایمنی رویدادهای ورزش دانش آموزی تعیین شدند. بر اساس این مدل پیشنهاد میشود که مقولههای مختلف مستخرج از این پژوهش با تاکید بر پیشگیری از بروز حوادث، ترویج فرهنگ ایمنی، برنامه ریزی و مدیریت ایمنی در رویدادهای ورزشی دانشآموزی مدنظر قرار گیرد.
