چکیده

تربیت‌بدنی و ورزش مدرسه‌ای مقوله‌ای است که در هر اجتماعی جایگاه ویژه‌ای دارد و نقش آن در شکوفایی استعداد‌های مختلف افراد و متعاقب آن تقویت و افزایش ظرفیت‌های جسمانی و ذهنی افراد انکار ناپذیر است. هدف از این پژوهش تحلیل گفتمان مدیران ورزشی در حوزه ورزش مدارس بود. تحقیق از نوع توصیفی بود که با رویکرد کیفی و تحلیل گفتمان از مرور سخنرانی و مصاحبه‌های 30 نفر از مدیران ارشد در حوزه ورزش و جوانان و کدگذاری آن در یکسال و نیم اخیر از فرورین 1399 تا مهر 1400 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. داده‌های حاصل از مصاحبه و سخنرانی‌ها در سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی و در قالب 20 مفهوم و 7 مقوله‌ی بهداشت روح و تن، ظرفیت‌سازی، فعالیت‌های مکمل و فوق‌برنامه، توسعه الزامات ورزشی، مساعدت دولت، فراوری مضمون و تقسیم کار اجتماعی طبقه بندی شدند. به نظر می‌رسد گفتمان رایج در حوزه ورزش مدارس به‌خصوص در هر سه بخش درونداد، فرایند و برونداد در راستای بهبود وضعیت جسمی و روحی دانش‌آموزان متمرکز است. همچنین مدارس باید در جهت توسعه اجتماعی و فرهنگی تلاش نماید تا با هم‌افزایی بهتر بتوانند به اهداف متعالی دانش‌آموز تندرست دست پیدا کنند.
