چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر آزمون مدل عوامل موثر بر پیاده سازی سازمان تحول گرا در ورزش تربیتی بود. تحقیق حاضر به لحاظ هدف از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و از حیث روش تحلیل از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی بود که به صورت میدانی انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه معاونین، کارشناسان مسئول و کارکنان حوزه تربیت بدنی و سلامت در وزارت آموزش و پرورش، ادارات کل استان ها و شهرستان‌های کشور به تعداد 357 نفر بودند که نمونه آماری بر اساس جدول مورگان و کرجسی، تعداد 186 نفر به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شد. جمع آوری داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته 56 سوالی عوامل موثر بر پیاده سازی سازمان تحول گرا انجام شد. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از روش های آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی با کمک نرم افزار اس.پی.اس.اس نسخه 21 و آموس، انجام شد. یافته ها نشان داد که مدل عوامل موثر بر پیاده سازی سازمان تحول گرا در ورزش تربیتی کشور دارای برازش مطلوب و قوی بود. رتبه بندی عوامل موثر بر پیاده سازی سازمان تحول گرا نشان داد که بالاترین رتبه مربوط به بعد سازماندهی و پایین ترین رتبه مربوط به بعد ارزش ها بود. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش حاضر می توان نتیجه گرفت که معاونت تربیت بدنی و سلامت وزارت آموزش و پرورش با استفاده از مدل بدست آمده می تواند تبدیل به یک سازمان تحول گرا شود و در محیط در حال تغییر کنونی، بموقع به نیازهای محیطی پاسخ دهد و در جهت تعالی سازمان حرکت نماید.
