چکیده

هدف تحقیق حاضر شناسایی و اولویت بندی عوامل پیش برنده و بازدارنده در توسعه والیبال فوق برنامه مدارس دخترانه شهر مشهد بود. روش پژوهش حاضر کاربردی و از نوع اکتشافی و آمیخته محسوب می شد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق در بخش کیفی و کمی مجزا بود. در بخش کیفی، افراد مورد مطالعه شامل اساتید مدیریت ورزشی و خبرگان حوزه والیبال (مربیان، پیشکسوتان و فعالان والیبال در حوزه آموزش و پرورش و مدیران ورزشی آموزش و پرورش شهرستان مشهد) بودند. روش نمونه گیری در مصاحبه به شیوه گلوله برفی بود (12 مصاحبه) تا داده ها به اشباع نظری رسید و در بخش پرسشنامه کیو به صورت هدفمند بود (26 نفر). جامعه آماری بخش کمی تحقیق در جهت تکمیل پرسشنامه کیو شامل طیف بالا به همراه معلمان تربیت بدنی شهرستان مشهد و خبرگان والیبال (مربی، بازیکن، داور و ...) بود. از روش شناسی کیو و چرخش عاملی ماتریس ها و چرخش واریماکس برای تحلیل داده های تحقیق در محیط نرم افزار SPSS انجام شد. یافته ها نشان داد 5 الگوی ذهنی در عوامل پیش برنده و 6 الگوی ذهنی در عوامل بازدارنده توسعه والیبال فوق برنامه مدارس متوسطه نقش دارد. در نهایت با توجه به عوامل بازدارنده پیشنهاداتی همچون عقد قرارداد با سایر ارگان ها، برگزاری مسابقات بیشتر در مدارس و استفاده از سالن های تخصصی والیبال جهت برگزاری کلاس ها و با توجه به عوامل پیش برنده پیشنهاداتی همچون تبلیغات بیشتر، برگزاری در مکان های عمومی و استفاده از دانش آموزان مستعد و مقام آور در برگزاری کلاس ها ارائه شد.
