چکیده
هدف از این پژوهش، ارائه مدل مدیریت دانش بر مبنای فناوری اطلاعات در تربیت بدنی آموزش و پرورش ایران بود. روش تحقیق کیفی از نوع تحلیل تم بود. شرکتکنندگان شامل 17 نفر از اساتید، مدیران و کارشناسان در حوزههای تربیت بدنی و فناوری اطلاعات بودند. ابزار جمعآوری اطلاعات مصاحبههای نیمهساختار یافته بود. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرم افزار مکس کیو دی ای نسخه20 صورت گرفت. اعتبارسنجی پژوهش با استفاده از روش همسوسازی شامل، استفاده از دو کدگذاری و مصاحبه با نمونههای متنوع (کارشناسان، مدیران، اساتید) با تخصصهای مختلف (تربیت بدنی، مدیریت ورزشی، فناوری اطلاعات) صورت پذیرفت. یافتهها نشان داد؛ که شایستگیهای فناوری نیروی انسانی، زیرساختهای فناوری در تربیت بدنی و نگرش و گرایش نیروی انسانی مقولههای زمینهای مدل را شکل دادند. همچنین، سیستمهای خدمات پشتیبانی، سامانههای عمومی آموزش و پرورش، سامانههای تخصصی حوزه تربیت بدنی، سیستم یکپارچه فناوری، مدیریت اطلاعات و فناوری، ارتباطات و شبکهسازی، سرعت تبادل دادهها، و کیفیت مدیریت دادهها به عنوان مقولههای فرایندی، مدیریت فناوری و کسب و جذب دانش، تجزیه و تحلیل دانش، توزیع و اشتراک گذاری دانش و درونیسازی و کاربست دانش به عنوان مقولههای مدیریت دانش احصا شدند. لذا، پیشنهاد میگردد، سرمایهگذاری بهتری برای توسعه فناوریهای اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی و توسعه زیرساختهای سیستمهای اطلاعات مدیریت در تربیتبدنی آموزش و پرورش با هدف بهبود مدیریت دانش انجام شود. همچنین لازم است، نسبت به توانمندسازی نیروی انسانی تربیت بدنی جهت ارتقای شایستگیهای فناورانه برنامهریزی لازم صورت پذیرد.
