چکیده
تربیت بدنی و ورزش یک بخش ضروری از برنامه رسمی و درسی مدارس هستند. در مجامع سیاسی، رسانهها، محیطهای علمی و مطالعات انجام گرفته در زمینه ورزش دانش آموزی، در مورد پتانسیل ورزش مدارس برای حل مشکلات متعدد اجتماعی، روانشناختی و آموزشی دانش آموزان تردیدی وجود ندارد. این پژوهش یک مطالعه کیفی، بر اساس نظریه داده بنیاد و با هدف واکاوی موانع و راهکارهای توسعه تربیت بدنی مدارس در نظام آموزشی ایران انجام شد. برای جمعآوری دادهها از مصاحبههای نیمه ساختار یافته استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد موانع موجود در توسعه تربیت بدنی مدارس در چهار مقوله شامل؛ ایعاد و بازدارندههای انسانی، فرسایش فرایندهای آموزشی، انسداد شریانهای ساختاری و اختلال در پردازش-های سیستمی و راهکارهای توسعه تربیت بدنی مدارس در چهار مقوله شامل؛ احیای روندهای سازمانی، بسط مولدهای تعلیمی-تخصصی، کنشها و محرکههای متمم و تمهید، درایت و تدابیر مدیریتی مورد شناسایی قرار گرفتند. پیشنهاد می-شود برنامهریزان با در نظر گرفتن نتایج این تحقیق با بکارگیری نیروهای متخصص ضمن تحلیل موانع موجود و بکارگیری راهکارهای پیشنهادی سعی در بهبود وضعیت تربیت بدنی مدارس نموده و احیای آن را در صحنه عمل فراهم کنند.
