الگوی مدیریت اتلاف آموزشی در اثربخشی نظام آموزش تربیت­ بدنی و علوم ورزشی ایران

چکیده
هدف این پژوهش بررسی الگوی مدیریت اتلاف آموزشی در اثربخشی نظام آموزش تربیت‌بدنی و علوم ورزشی ایران بود. رویکرد تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف بنیادی و از لحاظ استراتژی از نوع کیفی بود که با استفاده از گراندد تئوری و براساس رویکرد سیستماتیک استراوس-کوربین انجام شد. داده­های پژوهش با استفاده از تکنیک اسنادی و مصاحبه اسمی با خبرگان جمع‌آوری شد. شرکت‌کنندگان در بخش مصاحبه، اساتید و متخصصان مدیریت ورزشی و مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی، معلمان ورزش، مدرسان و مربیان خبره ورزش دانشگاهی و همچنین اساتید و دانشجویان گرایش­های مختلف علوم ورزشی بودند که به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. مصاحبه با شرکت‌کنندگان با 10 نفر شروع شد و تا رسیدن به حد اشباع نظری ادامه یافت و با 16 نفر مصاحبه انجام شد. سپس با تحلیل داده‌های کیفی، 23 مقوله حاصل شد که شامل موجبات علّی حاوی چهار مقوله (عوامل مرتبط با اساتید، ویژگی‌های دانشجویان و...)، عوامل زمینه‌ای حاوی چهار مقوله (جذب و جانشین پروری، آماده‌سازی محیط حقوقی و...)، شرایط مداخله‌گر حاوی پنج مقوله (نبود شاخص‌های ارزیابی، خروجی نامناسب دانشکده‌های علوم ورزشی و...)، راهبردها حاوی شش مقوله (تعیین صلاحیت‌های شغلی برای اساتید، تدوین شاخص‌های بهره‌وری آموزشی در علوم ورزشی و...) و پیامدها حاوی چهار مقوله (مدیریت زمان، اثربخشی و...) بود. آنچه به‌عنوان پدیده اصلی شناسایی شد، عبارت‌ است از ارزش‌آفرینی از طریق شناسایی و حذف حداکثری اتلاف‌ها که در تمام بخش­ها وجود دارد و باعث افزایش کیفیت و درنتیجه باعث اثربخشی آموزشی می­شود.
