چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین الگوی کارآمدی برنامه آموزشی مجازی درس تربیت بدنی در مدارس اجرا شده است. روش پژوهش به شیوه کیفی و مبتنی بر نظریه پردازی داده بنیاد بود. برای جمع آوری داده‌ها از روش مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات به روش گلیزر (1992) انجام گرفت. مشارکت کنندگان پژوهش را 14 نفر از معلمان تربیت بدنی کشور تشکیل داده و نمونه گیری تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. بعد از کدگذاری مرحله به مرحله، تعداد 99 کد نهایی به دست آمد؛ که در 21 مقوله فرعی و 4 مقوله اصلی الزامات مدیریتی، الزامات نگرشی، الزامات حمایتی، الزامات فرآیند تدریس مجازی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که با در نظر گرفتن الزامات مدیریتی ( برنامه‌ریزی، خلاقیت، انگیزش، نظارت، بازخورد، ارزشیابی)، الزامات نگرشی ( نگرش جامعه، نگرش خانواده‌ها، نگرش دانش آموزان)، الزامات حمایتی ( حمایت معلمان، حمایت مدارس، حمایت خانواده‌ها، حمایت آموزش و پرورش، حمایت کارشناسان و سرگروه ها) و الزامات فرآیند تدریس مجازی ( آموزش‌های مجازی، ابزارهای آموزش مجازی، فعالیت‌های ورزشی و تغذیه مناسب در منزل، مسابقات مجازی ورزشی، مدیریت کلاس مجازی، اصول تدریس مجازی، طرح‌های ورزشی) می‌توان الگوی کارآمدی برای برنامه آموزش مجازی درس تربیت بدنی مدارس در شرایط بحرانی مانند همه گیری کووید 19 تدوین کرد. یافته‌های این پژوهش می‌تواند به عنوان الگویی برای تدوین کارآمد برنامه آموزشی مجازی درس تربیت بدنی مدارس باشد.
