چکیده

اهمیت ورزش قهرمانی و گسترش مسابقات در عرصه‌های بین‌المللی موجب شده است که اغلب کشورها برای رسیدن به موفقیت به دنبال برنامه‌هایی برای کشف استعدادهای ورزشی باشند، امروزه این موضوع اثبات شده است که مسیر ورزش قهرمانی کشورها از نظام آموزش و پرورش آن می‌گذرد؛ از این رو هدف از تحقیق شناسایی عوامل مؤثر در استعدادیابی ورزشی دانش‌آموزان ابتدایی (با رویکرد قهرمان ‌پروری برای آینده) می‌باشد. روش تحقیق مورد استفاده به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش انجام، کیفی است که در آن از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری شامل اساتید هیئت علمی مرتبط با موضوع، کارشناسان استعدادیابی وزارت ورزش و جوانان و معلمان نمونه تربیت‌بدنی کشور بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل مصاحبه‌های عمیق و نیمه‌ساختاریافته بود که تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری با 16 نفر از نخبگان حوزه مربوطه انجام شد. کلیه مراحل کدگذاری و تحلیل داده‌ها با کمک نرم افزار مکس‌کیو‌دی ای‌ نسخه 2018 انجام شد. پس از تجزیه و تحلیل مصاحبه‌ها 86 ویژگی مؤثر به دست آمد که در نهایت منجر به 8 مضمون اصلی شامل برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی، آموزش خلاق، معلمان با انگیزه، آگاه‌سازی والدین، تخصیص امتیازات ویژه، استعدادیابی هوشمند، برگزاری مسابقات و تأمین مالی مشخص شدند. نتایج پژوهش حاضر می‌تواند در ارتقای جایگاه ورزش قهرمانی کشور موثر واقع شود.
