شناسایی فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های ورزش ‌دانش‌آموزان دختر

چکیده
هدف پژوهش شناسایی فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های ورزش ‌دانش‌آموزان دختر بود. روش پژوهش حاضر کیفی است. جامعه آماری متخصصین مرتبط با موضوع بودند که از بین این افراد 13 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و بعد از رسیدن به اشباع نظری به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. تحلیل داده­ها با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون و نرم­افزار مکس­کیودا نسخۀ 18 انجام شد. جهت بررسی روایی و پایایی نتایج حاصل از بخش کیفی از معیارهای گوبا و لینکلن (1989) استفاده شد.  نتایج نشان داد که فرصت‌ها، چالش‌ها و راهکارهای ورزش ‌دانش‌آموزان دختر دارای 227 مفهوم، 26 مضمون­فرعی و سه مضمون اصلی شاملِ فرصت‌ها (9آیتم)، چالش‌ها (9آیتم) و راهکارها (8آیتم) می‌باشد. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش پیشنهاد می­شود مدیران و معاونان آموزش و پرورش، کارشناسان، دبیران و آموزگاران تربیت‌بدنی جهت بهبود وضعیت ورزش ‌دانش‌آموزان دختر از نتایج پژوهش جهت رفع چالش‌ها و بکارگیری فرصت‌ها استفاده نمایند.
