چکیده
ماهیت متفاوت درس تربیتبدنی نسبت به دروس دیگر، تجربههای منحصربفرد معلمان این درس در دوران آموزش مجازی را به همراه داشته است؛ بنابراین، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تجربهی زیسته معلمان تربیتبدنی از آموزش در شبکه شاد (شبکه آموزش دانشآموزی) بود که با استفاده از رویکرد کیفی و طرح پدیدارشناسانه توصیفی انجام گرفت. مشارکتکنندگان در پژوهش، معلمان تربیتبدنی دوره دوم متوسطه شهر تبریز بودند که به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند ملاکمدار انتخاب شدند و فرآیند انتخاب مشارکتکنندگان و انجام مصاحبهها، تا زمان اشباع نظری دادهها (مصاحبه چهاردهم)، ادامه پیدا کرد. به منظور گردآوری دادهها از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته عمیق و برای تحلیل محتوای دادهها، از روش کلایزی استفاده شد. بر اساس تجربیات مشارکتکنندگان و تحلیل مصاحبهها، چهار مقوله اصلی با عناوین چالشهای مربوط به یادهنده- یادگیرنده، چالشهای فنی- زیرساختاری و چالشهای فرهنگی- اجتماعی و فرصتهای آموزش در فضای مجازی به همراه 15 مقوله فرعی متناظر با آنها استخراج شد. با توجه به یافتهها میتوان گفت که تدریس درس تربیتبدنی با توجه به ماهیت عملی آن در بستر شاد، با چالشها و فرصتهایی همراه بوده است که انتظار میرود با ارتقاء نرمافزارها و بکارگیری پلتفرمهای متناسب و سازگار با ماهیت دروس عملی، برگزاری دورههای آموزشی برای ذینفعان و دستاندرکاران، و استفاده از شیوههای جایگزین و مکمل منطبق با اهداف آموزشی بر مشکلات استفاده از آن فائق آمد. به علاوه، فرصتهای حاصل از آموزش مجازی درس تربیتبدنی، شرایط را برای آموزش ترکیبی این درس در آینده فراهم نموده است.
