چکیده

طرح کنترل وزن و چاقی دانش‌آموزان در راستای عمل به سند تحول بنیادین وزارت آموزش و پرورش و با رویکرد بهبود نگرش و ایجاد سبک زندگی سالم و فعال در دانش‌آموزان، علی‌رغم موفقیت در دستیابی به بخشی از اهداف، در مراحل اجرا با چالش‌هایی همراه بود. از این‌رو، هدف مطالعۀ حاضر شناسایی چالش های اجرای طرح کوچ از منظر مجریان بود که با رویکرد کیفی و روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی از نوع عرفی انجام شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان پژوهش، دست‌اندرکاران و مجریان طرح کوچ در شهر تبریز بودند که با رویکرد هدفمند ملاک‌مدار، 19 نفر از آن‌ها انتخاب شده و در پژوهش شرکت نمودند. داده‌های حاصل از مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته، با استفاده از کدگذاری باز و محوری تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. اعتبار کدگذاری‌ها نیز با بازبینی و کنترل صحت کدهای استخراج شده و کدگذاری مجدد مصاحبه‌ها توسط دو نفر متخصص همکار مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. پس از تحلیل یافته‌ها، پنج مقوله اصلیِ عدم همراهی اولیا، بی رغبتی دانش آموز، نگرش منفی مجریان، زیر ساختارهای نامتناسب و ضعف برنامه ریزی و مدیریت همراه با ۱۷ زیرمقوله متناظر با آن‌ها به عنوان چالش‌های طرح کوچ شناسایی شدند. عمده مشکلات طرح ناشی از مشکلات آموزش مجازی و دریافت اطلاعات نادرست از دانش‌آموزان، فقر اقتصادی خانواده‌ها، کمبود نیروی انسانی متخصص، هماهنگی ضعیف بین سازمان‌ها و نهاد های مرتبط و همچنین اجرای سریع و کوتاه مدت طرح می‌باشد. به منظور پیشبرد اهداف طرح، نیاز به بازبینی اساسی در مسائل زیر ساختی و مدیریتی می‌باشد تا هم مجریان و هم دانش‌آموزان، طرح را با انگیزه دنبال کنند.
